- After a long series of copies and studies on the old master's and trying out different things, I decided to come back to my own technique to see, if it has improved. I think I was more able to focus on the whole scene, instead of painting detail for detail. Also, I did much more with glazes, which brought the colors more to "light".
I actually found the frame in the bulk trash, lying around on a field path. I cleaned it and gave it a new color and now it is one of my favourites :)
